Adugna Mekonnen Abate, Managing Director
Adugna has got his B.A. in Business Management from Addis Ababa University and M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University in California (August 2009). He has high exposure in the financial industry (more than 15 years) with strong background in Credit, Human Resource and Research; and has excellent interpersonal skills.
He was member of Core Team in the establishment of a commercial Bank (i.e., Zemen Bank S.C.) and developed various operating manuals and procedures including Credit Policy and Procedure, Risk Management Policy and Procedure, Human Resources Policy and Procedure, Fixed Asset Management Policy and Procedure, Mobile Banking Policy and Procedure, Investment Guideline, etc. He has conducted various feasibility and market studies for different economic sectors including manufacturing, agriculture, and service. Currently, he is working at Zemen Bank S.C. as Manager of New Business Development, Planning and Research Department.
Gedion Gamora
Gedion has more than a decade experience as a researcher, consultant and lecturer at various private, government and international organizations. He has got his M.A. in International Relations form from Addis Ababa University in 2008. He is also a PHD candidate undergoing his research works.
Ermias Tefera, Senior Partner
Ermias has been in the banking industry and managing private owned business for about two decades. He has got his B.A. in Accounting from Addis Ababa University and had played supervisory roles in various financial institutions in the areas of Credit Operation, Branch Operations, Internal Audit, etc. Currently, he is working at Enat Bank S.C. in the capacity of Manager Branch Operations.
Anteneh Mekonnen, Senior Partner
Anteneh has been in the banking industry for more than 13 years in different capacities with strong experience on Anti-Money Laundry and Risk Management. He has got his B.A. in Management from Addis Ababa University and studying his MBA. Currently, he is working in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia in the capacity of Manager Compliance Department.
